By submitting images for digital restoration, you
authorize Photo Rescue to perform any work on images. You certify
that they are submitted either on your behalf or from the copyright
holder of the images. Any professionally taken photograph is under
the photographer's copyright and can only be manipulated with their
permission. By submitting photos to us for restoration or manipulation
you affirm that no copyright is infringed. We will not be liable
to you or any third party for such copyright infringement.
Photo Rescue will treat your data strictly confidential and shall
not share it with third parties. Your image files will be stored
on our computer systems in order to enable the photo finishing process.
After you get your order and inform us that everything is ok, the
image files will be deleted after one month.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is extremely important to us. Photo
Rescue does not rent, sell or share personal information about you
with other people or any third parties. We collect and store your
name, email or shipping address and use this personal information
only to communicate with you about quotes, orders, questions, etc.
Any information you send by e-mail (or any other method) is held
in strict confidence.
