First step is to send/submit your image for review. We will email you a firm price and an estimated turn around time needed to complete the work.

Describe in detail specifically what type of manipulation you would like us to do.

Images we need to work with:
The higher the resolution, the better it is for us (5-18MB). If you plan to scan your own images, we recommend that you:

      1. Scan the original photographs in RGB mode even if it is B&W.
      2. Scan normally without any filters or corrections.
      3. Choose 300 dpi or more. Save your file in jpeg or tiff file.

If you are unable to obtain a good scan following the above instructions, you can take your photo to a copy shop (Kinko's) and have them do it for you. Provide them with the instructions above. Save them in a CD and email the image to us- or you can probably ask them to email the image to us.

Proofing:
As soon as we receive your file, we will start work immediately. Standard restoration work takes 1 week. If your restoration is difficult, we will notify you to inform you that we will need more time. We accept rush jobs although there is a small surcharge.

When our work is completed, we will email you a small watermarked proof of the restored image.

Once you are satisfied with the emailed proof, we can guide you on our payment options.
